After breakfast, meet your safari guide and begin your journey from Dar es Salaam to Udzungwa Mountains National Park. After a short briefing, start a guided hike through the beautiful mountain forest.
Explore the natural trails, enjoy spectacular waterfalls and mountain scenery, and look out for endemic wildlife, including the famous Udzungwa colobus monkeys. The forest also provides excellent opportunities for birdwatching.
Enjoy your packed lunch during the day's excursion before descending from the mountains and continuing to Mikumi National Park.

Return to the camp for a hot lunch and some relaxation. In the afternoon, head out for a 2–3-hour game drive, exploring the park's open plains and wildlife areas.
Keep an eye out for elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, lions, hippos and other wildlife. Visit the hippo pool and enjoy the scenery before returning to camp in the evening.
Day 3: Mikumi National Park – Dar es Salaam
