Lions Paw Ngorongoro Camp is located on the southern rim of the Ngorongoro Crater. It is nestled in the midst of an acacia forest overlooking the Ngorongoro Crater. Lions Paw Camp’s location is ideal, as it is just 15 minutes from the crater floor.

• The camp has only 15 accommodation units, including one interconnected family unit. The tents feature en suite bathrooms and a telephone next to the bed. Lions Paw Camp operates on solar power 24 hours a day.
  
  
  The camp’s tents have double-walled canvas that insulates the room from the biting cold found on the crater rim. All rooms have an indoor heater that keeps the room warm and comfortable even on cold nights. All rooms also have a hair dryer in the bathroom, ideal for drying your hair after a dusty safari.
