Continue toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, you can enjoy wildlife viewing and, if included in your itinerary, visit Olduvai Gorge, one of the most important archaeological sites in East Africa.
Continue to your lodge near the crater rim for dinner and overnight.

Drive back to Arusha
After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for approximately 5 hours of game viewing.
The crater offers an exceptional concentration of wildlife. You may see lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas, and possibly the endangered black rhino.
After the crater tour, ascend from the crater and begin the drive back to Arusha.
